Brand ID speaks the language of the customer
Brand ID wanted to find a reliable and agile translation service provider. Lingo provided the English translations for the company’s website and customer magazine.
Brand ID is a printing solutions expert whose mission is to make brands and businesses stand out from the crowd. The company has been in the business for over five decades.
“We offer professional and high-quality solutions to make your brand stand out. We provide industrial branding solutions, retail space and corporate visual identity concepts, and display and packaging products,” says Brand ID’s Marketing Coordinator Linnea Mattila.

A multilingual website attracts customers
Brand ID Group has grown significantly during the past year. As the business expanded, the company wanted to redesign its website to better meet the needs of the customers.
“In addition to clarity and visual appeal, multilingualism was also one of our most important goals,” says Mattila, who was in charge of the website redesign project.
A functional website is the result of the efforts and cooperation of many professionals.
“Choosing Lingo as our translation partner was easy. We had previous experience of successful cooperation with Lingo, and the website project proceeded smoothly as well. Lingo was able to deliver high-quality translations within the agreed deadlines,” says Mattila.
Brand ID’s new website was launched in July 2019.
“In connection with the project, Lingo created an English glossary for us, which we can use in all our communication,” says Mattila.
