Kasvu Open

Kasvu Open, Finland’s largest business growth sparring competition, offers participating companies an opportunity to accelerate growth together with top experts from various industries. While the majority of participating companies are Finnish, the incorporation of Kasvu Open has opened doors to international programmes that actively help companies enter global markets (for example, Going Global or the Gaselli Award). These programmes still mainly involve Finnish companies, but English is used for communication, as international partners are included. At the same time, Kasvu Open wants to emphasise internationality in its programmes – when expanding globally, Finnish alone is not enough.

Kasvu Open also organises events in Western Finland and the Uusimaa region, including Swedish-speaking areas, where bilingual communication is required.

Lingo translates Kasvu Open materials for international programmes and bilingual Kasvupolku programmes, as well as related brochures and websites. The collaboration began in the spring of 2016. Lingo was also one of the 2015 Kasvu Open finalists when the competition concluded at the Kasvu Open Carnival in Jyväskylä.

We are very pleased with our cooperation with Lingo! Due to the requirements of a growth company environment (and as a growth company ourselves), we can be quite a demanding client: we sometimes need translations at short notice, and the source material can occasionally be unfinished.
