The Finnish Labour Museum Werstas

The Finnish Labour Museum Werstas is a national museum responsible for documenting Finnish working life and social history. It also includes the Lenin Museum and the Museum of the Deaf. As popular tourist destinations, the museums welcome visitors from across the globe; around one third of the Lenin Museum’s visitors come from abroad. Werstas is actively involved in international cooperation projects related to exhibitions, collections, and museum education and is a member of the International Association of Labour Museums (Worklab).

In addition to Finnish, the museums’ exhibition texts are usually available in English, and in some exhibitions also in Swedish and Russian.
