We offer professional, high-quality translations and handle every assignment with confidentiality and within the agreed deadlines. Our translators and proofreaders are native speakers of the target language or have acquired native-level skills through professional training and experience. We take full responsibility for the work of our team.
We translate and proofread content such as website materials, legal and contractual documents, press releases, annual reports, brochures, user and maintenance manuals, newsletters, customer magazines, certificates, and other official documents.
Data security
We recommend that you deliver confidential documents to us either as encrypted messages or through a storage service that uses multi-factor authentication.
You can also use Securedmail (Turvaposti), especially if your documents contain personal data or social and health care information. The Securedmail service meets the requirements of the EUs General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Translations directly into layout files or websites
If the text is available in a layout format, such as an InDesign IDML file, we can provide the translation directly in that format. The translation will be delivered in IDML format without images, allowing you to finalise the layout for the translated version. For any layout work, we charge the hourly rate as per our price list.
We also deliver translations in formats such as .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, and .pdf. For websites, we translate files in formats such as .html, .po, and .xliff. We can also integrate the translations directly into your content management system or specific platform.

We use the best translation tools in the industry, including AI-assisted software such as Phrase. The use of AI is agreed upon with the client. Artificial intelligence acts as an auxiliary tool for translators; we do not rely on it alone, and we never use client materials or data to develop or teach AI.
A human translator is always responsible for the translation and its quality.
AI tools are not used for confidential translations. We take special care to protect your materials and handle assignments confidentially if requested.

Glossaries speed up and streamline the adaptation of texts for different target audiences and markets.
If you have existing text materials or glossaries in the language pair you need, we are happy to use them as reference for the translation.
